In many cases, an implant can be placed the same day a tooth is removed. If a tooth is broken or cannot be saved, we can carefully extract it and place the implant during the same appointment.

This approach is often an ideal way to replace a missing tooth because it reduces the number of procedures and helps preserve the surrounding bone.
