Common Dental Emergencies
In this video, Dr. Karen Becerra-Penagos explains what qualifies as a true dental emergency, and why fast treatment matters more than most patients realize.
Dental emergencies often involve severe pain, especially pain that worsens at night, along with swelling, inflammation, or signs of an infection such as an abscess. In other cases, an emergency may be caused by an accident, a cracked or broken tooth, or any injury that results in sudden pain.
We take these situations very seriously. Our team is mindful of how uncomfortable and stressful dental emergencies can be, and we make every effort to accommodate emergency appointments as quickly as possible so you can get the care and relief you need.
