Es importante asistir a la consulta dental de forma regular. Si pasa mucho tiempo sin revisión, un problema que era pequeño puede avanzar y requerir tratamientos más complejos, como una endodoncia u otros procedimientos restaurativos.

Las visitas preventivas permiten detectar condiciones como caries, desgaste, inflamación de encías o riesgo de infecciones antes de que progresen. Esto reduce la necesidad de tratamientos extensos y mejora el pronóstico de la salud dental.

Por esta razón, se recomienda acudir al dentista al menos dos veces al año para mantener un control adecuado y proteger la función y la salud de los dientes y encías.
